I think that all the stuff packs are worth getting. A few new hairstyles and some athletic clothing; The climbing wall isn't that bad object and i've enjoyed the workout videos a lot.
However, it is important to note that your sim can be overweight but have a maxed out athletic skill if they haven’t worked out in a while (just like real life)! The earbuds have this bug in my game where the npc sims try to sleep with them on. It's only 9.99€(europe) and that's not much.

The sims 4’s latest dlc sees the return of the stuff pack, something many thought abandoned after the controversy surrounding the previous stuff pack, my first pet stuff, back in march 2018.
The console version was released on march 12, 2019. The fitness skill in the sims 4 is a great option if you want your sims to be athletic and possibly even live a little bit longer. I just send my sims to the neighborhood gym instead of cluttering up my house with fitness equipment.
